My room was spacious. The tv had a helpful hotel information page. The location was convenient for my travel needs and seemed a good value.

The hotel only supplied ordinary tea bags in the room. There was no decaf tea or hot chocolate available. Fresh milk required a trip to the bar and an initial charge though the staff later corrected this.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

The toilet plumbing was not very effective. I had to press hard on both buttons to flush. The fridge was small and sub-optimal. I found an additional charge of £10 per night for parking.
